Boku no hero academia

In my hero academia there are many types of hero, so that made me think. What about the delinquents? So I came up with the idea of an anti-villain. Someone acting as a hero, not sanctioned by the hero association. And with a quirk that gives you a massive amount of strength but at the cost of self control, sounds perfect for a well intentioned delinquent.
